We never stayed at this house. The location was inconsistent with the previous reviews. We know Tucson very well and we when we questioned the owner about the exact location so we could drive past he stopped replying.

The property had great views but next door neighbors remodeling the whole week we were there so you couldn't relax after 6:00pm when the workers would leave. The home was an older ranch style home with older furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean.

This was our fourth stay at one of this owner's homes in Tucson. And as in previous visits, the home is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The house is located very conveniently to the expressway and the city, but you have quiet and privacy too. A Great Vacation Home!

This home was exceptionally well decorated and clean. The kitchen appliances, outdoor grill, and kitchen cooking supplies and utensils were brand new. The property is lovely with stunning views of Sedona's mountains from both the front and back yards. The hot tub is new and clean and delightful at night or during the day. The home's location is very close to the Brins Mesa and Soldier's Pass trailhead in the Coconino National Forest. It is in walking distance to upper Sedona and is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The televisions were had great pictures, but were mostly neglected by us as there was so much to enjoy outside! Our experience couldn't have been better.

We rented this home for a week in March to attend our son's wedding which was at the Ritz Calton Dove Mountain resort. We had our 2 other married children with us for the week. Upon arrival we found the house to be very spacious and grand looking. It did not take long, however, to see that the home was dated, dirty, and poorly equiped. The closets in 2 of the 3 bedrooms were cluttered with old bedding, lightbulbs, a fax machine, bed rails, and other assorted junk. The bed linens were stained and torn, and one bed even did not have sheets on it!! The master bed sheets were torn and ripped and stained. There was dust under the lamps etc.The kitchen drawers had crumbs and stains in them and the under counter lighting wires were hanging loose. The appliances were good. (Im trying to say some positive things) although the utensils were sub standard, as were all the dishes, cutlery, glasses, and coffee maker. When we contacted the owners they reacted unprofestionally, and told us that nobody else complained. We suffered in heat for 2 nights as they preset the thermostat and don't allow their guests to "tamper" with it. The furniture was tired looking, the outdoor furniture was marked with cigarette burns. There was added cost for EVERYTHING including propane to use the outdoor heater, which we didn't because we were so sad to be there and went out as much as we could. When we called the owner to get some bed sheets for our kids' bedroom, they brought a bag of stinky dirty sheets over. At that point we should have just gone to the store and bought our own. Eventually they did bring clean ones. This was such a huge disappointment for us and caused such stress for us on what should have been a special family time. I would NEVER rent a house again unless I personally spoke to 5 others who stayed there and gave good reviews. The pictures and comments on this rental were decieiving and this was a bad memory.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florida. Time flew buy and the weather was great. Spent lots of time at the pool and did lots of BBQ. We only had two problems. The gas was shut off for a day or two and there was the occasional roach running around, but I guess that is part of living in Florida. Outside of that everything was great

We found this home to be quite comfortable and spacious, the views were as spectacular as stated. Sleeping for more than six is quite challenging, with 7 people staying in the house, there were not enough towels provided, for example ONE pool towel! Also, several outside lights were not working, making it difficult to enjoy the evenings outdoors. An added challenge...one of the bedrooms had no closet available (it was locked), and since we were there for a week, not so good. Overall, we were quite comfortable.
