Built at the turn of the 20th century, the rustic ambiance of a bygone era is captured in this one of a kind beauty w/brick & saddle stained concrete floors, colorful, hand-made tiles in custom kitchen, '46 O'Keefe & Merritt range, 2 beehive fireplaces, qn master suite w/sitting rm, casual & comfy living rm, den w/built-in studio couch beds, wifi office, vintage style baths w/whirlpool spa and antique stained glass window. Equipped for a gourmet cook & filled w/local art, folkart & antiques.

Pet friendly with doggie door and abobe walled front & back yards with patios, large, shady mesquiste trees and a humming bird garden. Two car covered ramada, TVs, & stereo.

In our 'second season', enjoy Monsoon Madness, as the huge, billowy culmulas clouds build to a wonderful summer afternoon cresendo of thunderous rain, releasing the unique, crisp aroma of creosote and damp earth. Watch the sun shine brighly thru the rain and the lightening bring the mountains into high relief!

Enjoy it all from a wonderful rural enclave near the center of town, criscrossed with lovely trails, the nearby Old Fort, Museum and Park with tennis courts, pools, pinic areas and walking paths.

Take in the Saturday Farmer's Market at Palomino Plaza featuring unusual, high-end shops and fine dining!

Much more of the Old Pueblo is in short distance from great golf, horseback riding, art galleries and mountain climbs on the southern most ski slope in the US, Mountain Lemon!

Visit the lovely, historic San Pedro Chapel, jog on the Riverwalk, dine at some of Tucson's best restaurants, all within walking distance down a country path.

A great location to explore all of Tucson's natural attractions from the Sahuaro National Parks to Sabino Canyon. The University of Arizona is a mere 15 minute drive and Tucson Medical Center is minutes away!
