Description of the Tucson vacation home rental

Our Tucson home is a beautiful four bedroom and four bathroom retreat on a full acre with a pool and two fireplaces. The historic burnt adobe brick provides a comfortable and warm feeling that makes this property a wonderful family retreat, a private romantic getaway, or a great place for a group of buddies to stay while trying out the many world class golf resorts in the area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and the bedrooms have all needed bedding and pillows. All four of the bathrooms have showers and two of the bathrooms have bath tubs.

Each of the four bedrooms has cable television and the great room has a large television that the entire group can gather around. Your comfort is maintained by dual central heating and cooling systems, and dual water heaters. We have local maintenance personnel should any problems occur and a local representative in Tucson who will be available to make sure your visit goes smoothly.

We spent many wonderful years in Tucson but other considerations led us to Colorado Springs. We would be honored to share our Tucson home with you.

The Catalina Foothills is one of the most desirable areas in the Tucson Valley. The beautiful rolling hills create a separation from the city but keep all of the city conveniences nearby. Our home is within a few minutes of several world class golf resorts and world class shopping. La Paloma Golf Resort, Ventana Canyon Golf Resort, and El Conquistador Resort are all close by. High class restaurants and stores like Pottery Barn, Tiffany's, Brooke's Brothers, Williams Sonoma, Tommy Bahamas, just to name a few are within a mile or two of the house. For the coffee fans (of course there is a coffee maker in the house) there are four Starbuck's to choose from within a couple of miles. Tucson hosts Major League Baseball Spring Training, a top level PGA event, and an internationally renowned gem and mineral show. All venues are an easy drive from our home's perfect location.

• Deposits: A 25% deposit is needed to secure the reservation (non-refundable in the event of a cancellation). The balance, including the security deposit, is due three days prior to arrival. A $400 security deposit is required and is fully refunded if the home is left clean and free of damage (the refund gets credited back to the same credit card you payed with). Please note, the renter must be a responsible party who is 25 years old or older.

Wonderful, spacious and comfortable home. Great location, beautiful views. We visited with 2 smaller children and the home was safe and secure for little ones. The pool was a great feature and the kids loved it and we appreciate the child safe gate surrounding the pool. Excellent communication with the owner. We would definitely stay in the home again. Thanks for everything!

Ours was a couples reunion of long-time friends, and the home accomodated us very well. Comfortable, bright and spacious common areas are designed and decorated for group relaxation, and offered beautiful views of the Santa Catalinas. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to easily make and serve half our meals (and closeby choices of really good restaurants took care of the rest!) The bedrooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of closet and drawer space. Bathrooms are up-to-date and well-lit. When we needed assistance once, our local contact was on our doorstep within minutes of the call. Outside, both the property and neighborhood were inviting for walking or lounging. This house was an overall excellent choice, and we highly recommend it.

Had a very nice stay, wish it had a heated pool ,very nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. the house came in with kitchen utensils and pots, almost everything you need to entertain. I will highly reccomend this one!!

This house is huge! It was clean, tastfully decorated and conveniently located. The owner & property manager were really easy to work with. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the pool wasn't heated and there is no internet access (no big deal since Starbucks is right down the street!) I would definitely rent it again!
