Description of the Tucson vacation home rental

Beautiful 2,542 sqft house by the 8th green in Heritage Highlands, a gated adult community at lovely Dove Mountain. Fenced back yard with views of golf course, Catalina Mountains, natural desert and city lights.
Expanded 2 BR/2.5 BA, 2 car garage, bay windows, formal dining room, 2 very large bedrooms with baths, powder room, large kitchen with breakfast nook, large laundry room with washer and dryer, ceiling fans, den/office.
The back yard features a covered patio, hot tub, gas fire pit with sitting area, gas BBQ and automatic roll sun screens and shutter.
The rental fee for January through March is $2,500. The fee for December is $2,000 and April through November is $1,200. It includes all the Heritage Highlands Club amenities: restaurant, tennis, swimming pool, library and state of the art fitness center. Reduced green fees for stays of 3 months or more. The utilities are not included. For longer stays the fee can be negociated. There is $500 Rental Hold Fee and $100 cleaning fee.

Area Description

This house is conveniently located 5 miles East of Hwy. 10 and the Tangerine Rd. exit 240. and Dove Mountain Blvd. One mile away from shopping center that includes groceries, bank, gas station, beauty salon, etc, and close to theaters, shopping malls, museums, hospitals and more.

The Gallery Golf Club, home of the famous Accenture Match Golf Tournament is just 2 miles North. Last year the 64 best golf pros in the world came to play.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: Desert Museum, Tohono Chul Park, Botanical Gardens, Zoo, Caves, Library, Opera, Symphony, Theater, bird watching, sight-seeing. Casinos, live shows.
There are nearby wineries that offer wine testing. The Tortolita Trail is 12 miles for hikers and cyclists.
The HH Club has organized bridge games, book club, aerobics, water aerobics and more. There is something for everybody.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Shopping and restaurants are 1 mile. There are casinos that feature live shows and good restaurants about 1 hour drive. The Encantada Shopping Center is 20 minutes. Tucson Mall is 25 minutes. There are lots of good restaurants. The Tucson Opera and Symphony are wonderful.
