Description of the Tucson vacation home rental
Fully furnished 2 bdrm house with full kitchen (Dble oven, lg fridge, dishwasher, microwave, plus coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crockpot, dishes, pots and pans). All ceramic tile flrs, cable TV,internet, utilities included.
Three month minimum, paid in full at time of move-in. Security deposit required.
Area Description
On Craycroft north/south bus route; 2 blks from east/west bus route on Speedway. Two blocks to simple shopping/restaurants. Very central, so very easy to drive to any part of Tucson. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

Excessive utility charges over $300 will be charged to tenant. !
