Description of the Tucson vacation home rental

This 5 bedroom/6 bathroom 9700' estate is located high on a hillside in a gated country club community and sits on over an acre of private property. The estate, previously owned by several celebrities, has rooms that are grand in size with incredible views, elevator, marble floors, beamed ceilings, 3 wood burning fireplaces, stone columns, heated pool and full outdoor kitchen with living space and gas fireplace. Main level includes living room with grand piano and fireplace, dining room, solarium overlooking the city with built-in music system, full lounge with sink and dishwasher, gourmet kitchen with double ovens, breakfast room with deck, large walk-in pantry, full laundry room, and a kitchen and foyer powder room. The luxurious master suite has a jacuzzi tub, 42" plasma television and private deck. The lower level includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, media room with 70" home theater system, stone wood burning fireplace, billiard room with bar and direct access to the pool and outdoor kitchen.

The property also has a 3rd floor with sub-zero mini frig, wet bar and fitness center with television, tread mill, fitness bench and exercise bicycle - all with incredible views.

A 1000 bottle wine cellar is located in the garage level.

The outdoor kitchen has a large gas grill with smoker, extra burner, sink refrigerator, large serving counter and gas fireplace. Furnishings include a sofa, 8 chairs, end table, coffee table and dining table; the pergola has shade screening to provide sun protection.

Interior Kitchen: 1 sub-zero refrigerator/freezer and 1 freezer, 50 bottle wine refrigerator, double ovens, 5 burner cook top with 1 induction burner, microwave and 32" television.

The estate is located within a gated country club community. We are within 5 minutes of local spas and just 1 mile from banks, shopping center, grocery store, video rental and restaurants.

Views of the mountains, city and golf course can be seen from all rooms.

There is nothing quite like this estate property due to the size and open entertainment areas. The entertainment areas on the main level encompass the living room, commercially sized lounge and dining area and are over 2500 square feet (the overall size of many properties). They open onto a grand-sized solarium (20x30) with built-in music system and an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows with views of the city, golf course and mountains.

The media room is located on the ground level, furnished with a 70" home theater, stone wood-burning fireplace, music system and comfortable sectional sofa. The space opens to the billiard room with its own wet bar and storage area and has direct access through the floor to ceiling doors to the outdoor kitchen, patio and pool area.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our recent visit in this home. It has amazing views from every angle of the poperty. The care- taker made us feel welcome, and was readly available if we neeed anything. We were close to wonderful supermarkets, such as Trader Joe's and we really enjoyed healthy cooking in the kitchen and patio area. The lower level is very family friendly and we enjoyed playing billards, board games and relaxing. This unique home offers an unforgetable vacation experience. We would love to stay again.

AT Tribal House 2012

The owners were very accomodating! We had 12 adults from across the USA & one from the UK. They were quick to respond to emails and always left you feeling like they wanted you to stay in their house. Janelle the caretaker was extremely helpful and willing to do what was necessary to make our stay the best. The pictures do not do the house justice - it is was more picturesque! We loved ending on long days of training by sitting by the fire pit, sipping wine and soaking in the wonders of Tucson! You cannot go wrong staying here! We hope to rent the house again!

It was exactly as described. So much room, and beautiful scenery. Felt like we were living in luxury. Had everything you could ask for. Not one thing I can complain about. Plan on doing this again next year.
