Room by Room Description:

Kitchen - Granite Gourmet Kitchen w/multiple workstations and a double built in oven which would make Gorden Ramsey proud! This large, spacious kitchen makes it easy to work in and a joy to cook. All granite countertops, flat screen TV, center island work station has a prep sink and offers casual seating and dining for 2 or 3. Large walk in pantry, beautiful cabinetry, all new hardwood flooring, views of the pool and patios from the kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you will need! Keep your budget under control, cooking at your "Home away from Home" will save you a bundle!

Family Room - This spacious, comfortable family gathering spot has large sectional for plenty of seating, a 40'' TV, Free Cable, Free WIFI Internet, hardwood floors, double door child/pool alarmed exit to the patio and pool area. Also a special surprise is the real working casino slot machine - it really does work. Small selection of Family boardgames provided, and a DVD player w/small DVD library of movies. Off the family room is both a small craft room and laundry room.

Living Room - Elegant room with high end furnishings. This is the first room that greets you as you come through the front door. Beautiful hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, real wood burning fireplace with raised mantle. Open to the dining room and a charming place to welcome and entertain family and friends.

Bedroom 1 - Brand new Queen size bed with luxurious linens. Spacious, clean, and welcoming room. Tastefully decorated and directly across from huge bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Two Twin Beds. This bedroom has private bathroom dedicated to this bedroom.

Master Bedroom Suite - Wow! that is the first thing that you will say when you walk into this room - it does have the wow factor. High End Furnishings including a Massive custom wood frame king size bed. Custom closet professionally designed and installed. Double french pane doors open directly to the pool and jacuzzi.

Bathrooms - The bathrooms in Hacienda de Pulpo are an absolute experience in luxury and indulgence!

The master bathroom is huge. It has granite counter top double sink vanity, a Huge WALK-IN SHOWER ROOM surrounded with glass block. Jetted shower heads and multiple body jets. Travertine tile, custom tile work throughout the entire bathroom, recessed lighting, windows, make for alot of natural light. This master bathroom is what you would expect to find in a 5 star resort so what a surprise when you walk into this spa like experience!

Second Hall Bathroom - Another extraordinary upgraded, very large bathroom. Featuring a bidet, toilet, beautifully tiled floors and walk in shower with recessed lighting and plenty of light.

Third Bathroom is located directly off the 2nd bedroom. Attractive and fun, tiled using a spirited black and white pattern making it bright and cheerful. This bathroom is large, with modern fixtures, large walk in shower, pedestal sink and a large walk in closet.

Outdoor Living Space - Where do I begin? Hacienda del Pulpo is designed to flow from the spacious elegant home into the outdoor living spaces making them feel like one living space. Surrounded with covered patios and privacy all around this 1 acre home. Walkways and paths take you from one charming surprise to another as you discover the magical outdoor garden.

Stunning mountain views surround you, and lush plantings and landscape truly make you forget that you are in the desert! A wonderful swimming pool with a charming tile design of a octopus (in Spanish, pulpo means octopus)that is how we derived the name for our home - Hacienda del Pulpo.

Imagine yourself lounging on beach chairs in the warm winter sun, sipping ice tea or a margarita next to the pool. Your kids will want to spend all day swimming - forget about the sightseeing you had planned. There is a new covered kitchen and bar area that houses the gas BBQ, lit for night time entertaining, pull up a bar stool and have some drinks at the brand new bar - while you talk with friends and family. Right next to the bar is a casual, comfortable conversation nook. Furnished with comfortable padded outdoor couches and chairs. The covered patio has ceiling fans to keep the air moving and to keep a gentle breeze circulating, outdoor lighting for night time entertaining, and a 4th outdoor space is the dining area where you can sit and enjoy that yummy meal cooked up in your outdoor food prep area.

If you wander away from all the activity by the pool and patio and follow the path you discover the jacuzzi. Surrounded with tropical vines that are growing over the wrought iron vintage looking arbor that shields the hot tub. You can indulge yourself by enjoying the hot soothing jetted water relax your tired muscles while enjoying the amazing black velvet skies filled with stars. If you keep on going down the path you come to a absolute oasis in the desert. Here is where you discover a waterfall and babbling brook. Plenty of park seating to sit and enjoy the peace and serenity that this garden area exudes. The large well established pond is full of happy and colorful koi and minnows. You will see dragonflies flitting from the lilly pads and moss and water plants cascading down the rocks as if the waterfall has been here for years. The massive Catalina mountains silhouette the entire garden area and seem so close it feels like they are almost in your back yard. Lots of Hummingbirds and other wildlife enjoy this private little retreat and you will too!

One other thing, there is Large RV Covered parking (big enough for the big ones) with hookups. This means you have room to park it while you stay in Hacienda del Pulpo or if you have another group or family traveling with you they are welcome to stay, hook up and pay a small fee. There will never be another guest staying here, the RV space is made available only to the family and their friends that has booked the main house. Be sure if you would like to reserve the hook up space you let us know when you are reserving the house.

Extra Guest Fee - Advertised Rates are for up to 6 guests. Any guests over the first 6 will be charged a $10/per night/per person fee.
