Description of the Tucson vacation home rental
Beautiful 3/2 house, 1560 sq ft, newer and excellent condition! House is clean and contemporary. Vaulted ceilings and big windows throughout give it an open feel! Large master with walk in closet, bay windows, and separate shower and garden tub in bath. There are two queen beds and one twin bed, as well as a futon and air mattress among the 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom also makes a great office with double doors to living area for those on business.

Enjoy mountain views and the wonderful Tucson weather out back! The backyard is large and extremely private with a 6 ft block wall and corner lot. There is also plenty of parking and storage if needed in 3 car garage.

Guests have full access to the home and all community amenities, including pool, parks, and more. There is also a general contractor on call for the property should you run into any issues during your stay.
Area Information
Quiet street in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Continental Ranch is a newer development with many great community features, including: pool, parks, walking/biking trails, skate park, and nearby hikes. Since the house is on a corner lot with only 1 direct neighbor, be close to it all without feeling like it!

Easy 1-10 access only 2 miles or a few minutes away! Travel with ease to many Tucson attractions/events including Sonoran Desert Museum, University of Arizona, Gem & Mineral Show, Accenture Match Play and more.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed this house. The location is close enough to the freeway that getting anywhere in Tucson is very easy to do. The house was clean and worked well for our family of 5. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all of our questions.
Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This house is in a great location - nice neighborhood with easy and fast access to I-10. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice park. We enjoyed the beautiful desert scenery and warm sunsets. The grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive and with the easy access to the highway it is easy to find a restaurant.
The house was clean and the all the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with dishes which made it easy to prepare meals. The backyard has nice patio furniture and the yard has plenty of room for kids and pets to play.
The owners are very accessible and easy to work with. We will definitely rent here again!
Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.
