Located in the Starr pass resort area with world class golf, recreational areas, heated pool, tennis and hiking. Several Units to choose from-all architecturally the same but decorated differently to match their personality.

Area Information

The location is Starr Pass in Tucson, a desert Oasis in the mountains that includes the location for the new 5 Star Marriott hotel and convention center and the Starr Pass resort with its champion 27 hole golf course. Located above the city but only minutes away to vibrant downtown, the University of Arizona, the convention center , museums and shopping . You can access both I-10 and I-19 right down the the hill making it accessible to all of Tucson and southern Arizona. Nestled above Tucson, yet just minutes away from the airport is the desert serenity of Starr Pass. Surrounded by the Saguaro National Park, the desert splendor is all around. There are deer, havalina, quail, and coyote still visible. Hiking trails are close by and the stars are out as bright as can be in the evening! The New 5 Star Starr Pass J W Marriott resort and Spa is right up the hill! sit on their decks with the open fire pits and enjoy fantastic views.

World class golf is available at the 27 hole Arnold Palmer designed Starr Pass Golf course and Resort. A heated Olympic-size pool and spa facilities are available at the Starr Pass club house. Excellent property, well managed and cared for. Very nice decor, layout of space, and essentials such as kitchen equiptment. Wonderful location. Absolutely marvelous to wake up and watch a glorious sunrise, nature, and amazing mountains as the light creeps across the horizon.Bubbing spa and comfortable pool welcome after night after a hard days work in town.

We stayed in Judy's place in December/January 2012/2013. It is a special home -- lovely rooms and spaces, a quiet setting and friendly neighbours. The house has a very distinctive and gracious design -- high vaulted ceilings and an interesting and very functional layout. This is no ordinary townhouse development. We found the Starr Pass location very convenient, with great access to the Tucson Mountain trails and just minutes from central Tucson. There is also plenty of convenient shopping close to the house. The house itself is well equipped and furnished. Judy has thought of everything. She was very helpful and we really appreciated the opportunity to rent from her. All-round it was a great experience and we would give this rental a whole-hearted recommendation. Many thanks to Judy!

More than we expected

More than we expected! The town home is relaxing, comfortable and perfect for families. The property is so close to hiking trails, and a heated pool and spa facilities are about 10 minutes walking distance. I can't say enough about the friendly, professional and outstanding service we have received from Dawn, Emelia and Paul, I am so happy and glad we chose staying one week, and we have no doubt that it's our family vacation spot for years to come. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a paradise vacation!!
