It was completely remodeled in 2007 to include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a private master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a second bedroom/den with a new sleeper sofa and desk and another new sofa bed in the living room.

The community is gated and guarded 24/7 and is set in the spectacular Catalina Foothills and at the base of Mount Lemmon. There is a quiet clubhouse and pool with spa surrounded by large palm trees and desert vegetation. Friendly neighbors. A true retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation for snowbirds! Could also serve as a quiet home away from home for U of A graduate students.

The exclusive Rancho Sin Vacas community is located near the intersection of Ina and Campbell Roads in the Catalina Foothills. There are abundant restaurants and upscale shops and galleries within a 5 minute drive. The community serves as a base for endless day trips and exploring Tucson and southern Arizona. The University of Arizona is approximately 8 miles from the villa.

The area is highly scenic with lush Sonoran desert vegetation. The summit of cool Mount Lemmon is less than one hour from the villa, as is the Mexican border town of Nogales.
