Fabulous Tucson Villa in "Villas at Rancho Sin Vacas" nestled in an exclusive secluded upscale 24-hour guard-gated community comprised of private homes and villas in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains in northern Tucson at a 3500 ft. elevation, near the intersection of Campbell and Ina. It doesn't get more private than this!

The majestic Catalina's and saguaro cacti are in abundance, the city lights are stunning as are the sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy your own personal saguaro right outside your patio door, we named it "Chief".
The Villa:
Enjoy this one-story villa which is approximately 1,000 square feet rather than a small resort room in the same foothills area for a FRACTION of the cost
Very private, peaceful and friendly. Your own conveniently numbered and covered parking stall.
All new upgrades, bright and cheerful with new furnishings tastefully appointed and decorated in the southwestern style, very pristine and roomy with an 18' vaulted ceiling in the Great Room. Fully tiled with carpeted bedrooms.
Have a light meal or snack at the breakfast bar or a candlelit dinner at your dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea as you watch the sunrise over the mountains from your patioif you're an early riser!
Like to eat in and invite guestsa fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare and serve cocktail food to a feast, if you desire.
For your entertainment:
Cable TV - in every room to include a new 32" flat screen HDTV in the Great Room with a DVD/VHS player and a collection of DVDs and VHS tapes. Also enjoy a new 32" flatt screen TV in the master bedroom.
Music - there's a stereo/CD player and a collection of CD's for your enjoyment.
Like to read - check our our library of books that we and past renters have left for the enjoyment of all. Our friendly policy; leave a book/take a book!
Bring your laptop - surf the net and check your emails with complimentary high speed WiFi as you sit at your desk overlooking the patio while you view the landscaping, birds, and mountain views.
Enjoy cooking on the new upgraded gas grill and enjoy your meal on a full sized furnished patio.
Bird Lovers - hang out our bird feeders (if they aren't already there) and delight in watching the hummingbirds, finches, qual, etc. right from your patio.

Community Pool/Jacuzzi - recenty refurbished is heated in the winter months. Sit under the palm trees or umbrellas in the cushioned chase lounges provided - take in the sun, read or just enjoy hanging out with other guests.

Clubhouse Community Great Room - furnished in the Southwestern/Mexican tradition with leather sofa and club chairs, large screen TV, fireplace, library, kitchen and large dining table. Cocktail parties, barbecues and wine tasting gatherings are held in the Clubhouse where all are invited.

Excellent walking and hiking at your doorstep. Minutes from fine dining and exquisite boutique shopping in La Encatada, in addition to Foothills Mall, Tucson Mall and other city amenities. You are also within minutes of world-class golfing.
Visit Old Tucson nearby where those famous western movies were made. The scenery is so familiar. See a re-enactment of "Gunfight at the OK Corral" in Tombstone and mingle with the local cowboys.
You are within 60 minutes of the Mexican border. One, two or three-day side trips to places like Sedona and the Grand Canyon are a must if you have the time and want to take advantage of seeing the southwest.
You'll love Tucson. Some renters come to Sin Vacas as a prelude to relocating to Tucson permanently - that's how wonderful it is!!

Delightful in the desert!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my. Tucson is Paradise. The rental was fabulous, felt like Home. Very comfortable. I cooked, we walked, we explored the Desert. Anthony's Restaurant is just a short distance from Sin Vacas. This place is one of the BEST restaurants I've ever been to!!! Friendly, expert staff, food was 10 outa 10 and ambience to Die for. Piano Man tickling out tunes while you dine on a scump Deliosso meal!! I will definitely return. The whole experience was a 10 outa 10. I'm actually thinking of relocating to Tucson, now. Also, A.J.'s Market and a wonderful shopping center with Tiffanys and other delightful boutiques, nearby!!!!! Stay Classy, Tucson, I love ya!!!!!!!
