• Required Stay: This property generally rents for 3 or more months. Exceptions are made due to availability. Monthly stays are preferred from the 1st to 31st
   
• Deposits: $1,000 reservation deposit/security refundable upon receipt of electric bll and inspection of premises. Cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. Cancellation Policy - Full refund if re-rental is successful. 50% refund if re-rental is not successful or documentation for cancelling due to extenuating circumstances.
   
• Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee (deducted from security deposit) for one month rentals. $200 cleaning fee (deducted from security deposit) for three or more month rentals. Electric Bill capped.

Oh my. Tucson is Paradise. The rental was fabulous, felt like Home. Very comfortable. I cooked, we walked, we explored the Desert. Anthony's Restaurant is just a short distance from Sin Vacas. This place is one of the BEST restaurants I've ever been to!!! Friendly, expert staff, food was 10 outa 10 and ambience to Die for. Piano Man tickling out tunes while you dine on a scump Deliosso meal!! I will definitely return. The whole experience was a 10 outa 10. I'm actually thinking of relocating to Tucson, now. Also, A.J.'s Market and a wonderful shopping center with Tiffanys and other delightful boutiques, nearby!!!!! Stay Classy, Tucson, I love ya!!!!!!!
