Located 5 miles west of downtown, close to the University of Arizona, 3 miles from I-25, this Starr Pass Golf Casita is a fully-furnished Santa Fe-style double suite casita. A block from the golf clubhouse and restaurant, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis court. A short walk or shuttle to the world class Starr Pass Marriott Resort where you can choose a restaurant, grab a Starbucks, sip cocktails by an open fire and starlight sky or enjoy a day at the full-service spa.
Master bedroom has a king-bed, its master bath has a shower and separate tub, double sink vanity, hair dryer. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, small fridge and microwave oven. Queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Nice desk with Epson color printer. Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a big meal. Televisions with cable in every room. DVD/VCR in living room. DVD in master bedroom. Small stereo with eclectic CD choices. High speed internet.
Just across the lane from the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and work out room. Easy access to hiking trails in the Sonoran desert. About 15 mile drive to the world acclaimed Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum. Horse decor throughout.

Nice property, good location, wild life visits the patio daily - quails, woodpeckers, curved bill thrashers, doves, harmless bull snake, even a bobcat! Clean, good service, but rugs and some furnishings should be replaced.
