Description of the Turner vacation cottage rental

Located between two other cottages. Has two barn swings and a tree house for kid's enjoyment. There is an outside stone fire pit, perfect for cooking meals. Shallow sandy bottomed pond with dock and lots of floats to use.

Area Information

Close to the auburn malls and shopping centers in that area. Lots of local businesses and stores to enjoy. Lots of fishing areas and beautiful scenery.Also we are located in the beautiful central/Midcoast region of Maine right off a main artery of route 4 far enough away from hustle and bustle but only a hours ride from everything!

Great for kids and adults

The cottage is clean and well stocked . The only thing we needed was our own food. The pond was good for fishing and swimming and my kids loved the paddle boat and all of the floats there. Located on a dirt road with virtually no traffic my kids were able to ride their bikes whenever they wanted which was a nice change from home. Even though we went in August the temperature was never uncomfortable. There are plenty of trees and always a nice breeze. I would recommend this cottage to anyone. It was a great place for my kids to spend time outside. It slept the six of us comfortably. The location is great too if you don't want to be too far from stores. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go again.
