Description of the Twin Lakes vacation condo rental
This condo is located right on the signature 15th hole of the Twin Lakes Village Golf Club. With two outdoor areas to enjoy, a patio overlooking the golf course and pond, the other a private courtyard to enjoy your BBQ after a day of golf or taking the family to the Silverwood Theme Park. If you enjoy getting out on the lakes there is no need to pack your canoe as we provide a canoe that is free for our guests to use.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground level condo has no steps into or inside it, no neighbors above or below as this development has only ground level condos. There is one small step onto the deck inside the courtyard. Both bedrooms are furnished with king size beds covered with 600 thread count sheets along with duvet covers that are washed in between all guest stays.

The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a flat screen TV with a collection of DVD's along with cable and free WiFi for your use. The telephone has free long distance calling within the US.

Area Information
While Narrows Condo is perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the area, it is also located in close proximity to many recreational opportunities. Whether golfing, boating, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, water parks, or enjoying the Silverwood Theme Park is what you're interested in, there is something for everyone. Make sure you enjoy some of these local activities when you visit.

Enjoy privacy and a roomy place to relax when you come to the area for IronMan, Bloomsday, Hoopfest, and the many attractions at the Opera House and Convention Centers in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.

Our area has more than the following activities, this is just a sample:

Twin Lakes Village Golf Course: This is our local course and highly recommended, right outside your door.

Our guests enjoy Free: tennis, swimming pool, private beach & lake access, volleyball & basketball courts, children's play area.

Fishing at Twin Lakes can be excellent. Catches include northern pike, largemouth bass, crappie, trout, and perch.

Silverwood Theme Park in Athol, ID 13 miles away.

Biking trails include: Route of the Hiawatha and
North Idaho Centennial Trail, CDA to WA state line

Rental Rates:

*Peak Season:July - August: $200 per night, 3 night minimum ($1,200 per wk)
*High Season: May - September: $200 per night, 2 night minimum ($1,200 wk)
*Low Season: October - April: $150 per night, 2 night minimum ($950 wk)
*$75 cleaning fee + 8% Idaho tax

*One week at regular rates for IronMan- stay may start any day of the week. ($1,200 per week - maximum of 4 persons)
*Bloomsday Weekend - $200 per night, 2 night minimum

Super owner!

The owner of this property was super to work with when we had to cancel due to illness. Prior to cancellation, she answered all our questions, helped find a place to park our RV and made the whole booking experience so easy. We were hugely disappointed to miss out on such a great spot, but plan to go back for a longer stay next summer.

Piece of Paradise

Our family has been fortunate to have found this little piece of heaven in North Idaho at our favourite place to vacation. The amenities are wonderful and the scenery fantastic. We enjoyed being able to enjoy golfing each day and then relaxing out on the patio while listening to the fountain in the trout pond. Everything in the condo is just as described, it is well-organized, extremely clean, and stocked with everything that you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Golf Course Condo

This was a lovely condo with beautiful views of the 15th hole. The condo was well appointed with everything you would need to cook, entertain and enjoy. The 2 master suites were awesome, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

A relaxing experience

Thanks Wendy for opeing up uour cottage to our clan. We had an amazeing time! our 5 children were well accomodated, they enjoyed every second of having full access to the water. Your cottage was perfectly appointed, you truly thought of everything, all we needed to bring was our selves and food. Twin Lakes is very quiet, we were completly decompressed by the time we left. Its well situated to Couer d'Alene and Spokane, as well we enjoyed our time at Silverwood, Boulder Beach and also took in some Rapids in Montana. Thanks again!! we will definatly return!

Nice cabin on beautiful lake

Nice, clean, waterfront cabin located on Twin Lakes is very peaceful, with occasional boaters passing through. Everyone on the lake was very friendly. Canoe and row boat are available for vacation renters' use, as well as life jackets. Wood burning stove inside of cabin is great too! Overall, we would definitely recommend this cabin

A: Our community has a private beach and swimming area available to our guests, free of charge. We also have a canoe free for our guests to use.
Q: Is the swimming pool heated?
A: Yes, the pool is heated and located at the club house, a short stroll away.
Q: Do you have any Golf Packages?
A: Yes, we have great values available to our guests, there are examples of some of our packages but please email or call for more choices.
Q: Do I need to bring any linens or towels?
A: No, we have 600 thread count sheets on the beds, towels in the bathrooms, and beach towels to take to the pool or the beach.
