Description of the Twin Mountain vacation home rental

This is a brand new, 24 by 42, log home about 1500 sq.ft. in Twin Mountain, New Hampshire. All new furniture, upscale stainless appliances and bath products. First floor has fully equipped kitchen. Solid surface countertops and seating bar. Dining area table seats 6 and pulls out for 10. Living area has 2 double recliners and satelite TV.

Has 2 bedrooms on first floor and larger master bedroom on second floor with a small walkout balcony with views. Each bedroom furnished with new queen beds. Second floor loft is 16 X 20 and has 2 twin over full bunk beds with trundles under for storage. Lofted area has another TV for kids to watch DVD's and play video games. Upstairs bath has a 32 X 60 inch double shower system.

Has very large covered porch, deck, & grill. Only 3 miles from center of Twin Mountain, on paved road with several cul de sacs and no through traffic,ideal for kids with bikes. Easy walk to the river across the street.

Here in the heart of the White Mountains, you will be close to all of the many things there are to do: Sightseeing, hiking, swimming, fishing, skiing, vast snowmobile trail system, state parks, outlet shopping is in nearby North Conway NH (about 45 mins away) and more. I'm a lifelong resident of New Hampshire with alot of knowledge of things to do here... Skiing, fly-fishing, hiking and sightseeing are the some of my favorite things to do and can help with plans to make your trip more enjoyable.

Our log home is conveniently located between Bretton Woods Resort which is only 8 miles to the east and Cannon Mt. State Park & Ski Area is 9 miles to the west.

We were blessed to be able to stay in this Log Home over the Holiday Weekend. It is such a beautiful house in a spectacular setting. It is not too close to the hussle-n-bussle so you don't feel the crowds, but not to far out of the way to be a hindrance. The property owners were very accommodating and willing to work with us if there were any special needs. Many other property owners/managers are very formal and impersonal, but not this owner - they were pleasant, friendly, and just want we wanted. In summary, a highly recommended log home in some of the most beautiful country. Two thumbs up!
