Excellent condo near beach
September 24, 2013
We were pleasantly surprised with this condo which is nicely upgraded, well equipped, and half a block from the beach. All it lacks is a sunrise view, which is not far down the street. The unit was very clean when we arrived and we had a wonderful week. We will definitely consider staying here again!

This property is perfectly located to suit a family. Our only hiccup was waiting for the condo to be ready for check in when we arrived. By no means a deal breaker.
My management company is meticulous about the condition of the unit prior to check in. They have a housekeeping staff AND a head housekeeper that must check all units prior to check in to make sure it is up to standards. It is very unusual to have to wait to check in, but it may have been due to the "condition" that the last renter left it.

This place was diffently great. It was clean, and very home friendly. The managment company was also very polite and professional. Everything was in walking distance from the condo. Excellent vacation, and our family will be back in future years. Tybee Island is great!

This was one of the nicest places I've stayed on a beach trip. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our first visit to Tybee, but we definitely plan to return. The beach was great! And so convenient to be close to the pier and shops.

Much needed vacation
September 4, 2008
My family and I have been through a lot this year health issues and a death. We all needed a break from the day to day grind. Due to the death of my younger brother our mother is staying with us so she was with us on this vacation. Actually it was her first vacation ever. My mother told me as soon as she walked into the condo she felt relaxed and of all things she enjoyed the windows. We all had a relaxing time and wished our stay could have been longer. My husband stated when we come back he would stay at Duneside again.

Wonderful family vacation
June 24, 2008
Our family of 7 recently rented this condo and were very pleased with the decor, comfort and location. This unit is very tastefully decorated, clean and has lots of "homey" touches which makes it feel like your home away from home. We are planning on making this trip an annual event and hopefully, this unit will be available again!! Tybee Island is absolutely perfect for a family vacation and so close to Savannah, too. The ocean was very warm, the waves were fun to ride, the sand soft and the people friendly. The lighthouse is worth the climb and even if you are not a history buff, the forts are pretty amazing and educational. Oh, how we miss Tybee already!! If you are a family who enjoys cooking however, I suggest you bring along a couple large skillets. That is the only thing we found lacking.
The pictures don't do it justice. It is very clean and beautifully decorated.
We loved being so close to the beach. The kids loved the indoor pool!
This condo had everything we needed to make this an unforgetable vacation.

About:My family rented condos in Tybee for 5 years and had a blast. We decided Tybee was where we wanted to always come back to, so we purchased a place there. I know how important it is to stay in a comfortable condo that has everything you need as well as one that feels like home.
I focused on what...
