Description of the Tybee Island vacation condo rental

Whether you're looking for a vacation spot for a few days or a few weeks, you will find the comfort here is second to none. You truly can sit on the deck, with your feet propped up and watch the Dolphin Dance. Dolphin (lots of them) are a common site following the various watercraft that will pass in front of your beachfront vacation home. This wonderful condo is conveniently located on the first floor of Building B and only 40 feet from the swimming pool and dune walk to the beach. The view is wonderful from this vacation dream and will entertain you for many hours. Access is very convenient. You can park right by the steps into the breezeway and B109 is the second door facing the beach.

The SBRC community is located on the north beach so you never have to leave your vacation home. We are located in a nice, quiet residential area on the north beach of Tybee with limited beach access. You'll find our beach is much less congested that the main beach on the south end of the island.

We have a large pool and three tennis courts for your fun and enjoyment. SBRC shares common areas with a sister community so you also have access to the pool next door. Walk out either side of your building and you're just a few feet from a pool or walkway to the beach.

You'll find beach towels, beach chairs and even pool noodles provided for your use.

We are a gated community with secure access for your comfort and safety.

You'll find all the "extras" you would expect from an owner who truly cares for your comfort and enjoyment. We provide the amenities for you that we would like to find in our vacation spots. A waffle iron, crock pot, George Forman grill and even a smoothie maker will make meal or snack time fun and easy.

We're happy to provide games and movies for your children. You'll enjoy the 32 inch TV/DVD in the living room or 19inch TV in the bedroom. A nice selection of DVDs and CDs are provided. If you don't like the selection, we'll bring you more !

DANCING DOLPHIN is one of the few condominiums with a washer/dryer located in the condo. It is a perfect home for our dearly loved "SNOWBIRDS".

We have a large double closet in the hall that provides additional storage for our long-term guests.

This beautiful condo is newly remodeled and meets all the needs of vacationing sunlovers.

Tybee Island is a small island 12 miles east of Savannah. We have regular "events" scheduled for guests and residents of Tybee. Savannah is a short drive (about 15 minute drive) from Tybee and you can enjoy all the sights of this beautiful historic city of the south.

This was our first visit to Tybee and I have to say, it was wonderful. The beach is beautiful and not as crowded as others. It was relaxing and peaceful as well as close to Savannah.
