The complex sits on the ocean next to the heart of downtown activities in an area called 'The Strand'. No need to get in your car to eat, shop or participate in activities. This second floor oceanfront unit offers spectacular, direct views and 1600 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes Corian counter tops and breakfast counter. Fabulous oceanfront master suite with his-and-her sinks and closets, jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower. The master bedroom provides direct ocean views and a king-size bed. This unit was not available for our week at Tybee but during my communication with this owner he went above and beyond to enhance our vacation experience. The first was when we found out the unit was booked he recommended other sites to search . After he found out we had confirmed reservations in another unit, he sent me recommendations for places to eat and his family's favorites there. Having never been to Tybee, I really appreciated that information. He definitely enhanced our vacation. This owner was also very prompt getting back to me with all communication.

My wife and I stayed six weeks. Location is great, includes parking and elevator, great. Plenty of room when we were visited by other couples, which happened several times. Clean, everything we needed was there, never had an issue. Waking to bright sun and ocean in February was wonderful.

Sandpiper 204 was everything it said it would be and more... The condo was spacious and the pictures on the website did not do it justice.... The decor was incredible... Tastefully done and very relaxing. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to travel to tybee...thank you for sharing your beautiful beach front home... I enjoyed my stay on Tybee very much. It gave me a chance to relax and just enjoy life. The beach front was the perfect location. We saw ships, birds and dolphins it was great. The condo was very nice and I would definitely stay there again. I appreciated the gated parking as well.

Although the weather could have been warmer, we had a wonderful time at Tybee. The condo had just about everything we needed and was very roomy. The view of the ocean is to die for. Only small problem was the cable's remote did not function and we had to use the TV remote to change channels.

This condo is superb!! The views off the balcony ,which is large enough for four or more people are stupendous!Every amenity you could want are there. It is a parking lot away from the beach.Can and did walk to lots of restaurants and shops.Living area large with plenty of nice and comfortable furniture.Ceiling fans in every room.Large bathrooms.New mattresses and pillows would be a plus.Would return in a minute.

Our family had a great time. The Condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the clean beach and the entertaining nightlife. We loved sitting back and enjoying the sunset and the people watching. We were able to exercise and relax. We also enjoyed our trip to Savannah. It was a great trip that we all enjoyed.
