What a wonderful vacation home for 2 people with a queen bed in the bedroom. This condo has a pretty oceanview from the balcony.
A large double closet in the hallway provides plenty of storage. A built-in vanity in the bedroom is a great asset to this condo.
The east side location of St Ed's is a more private and quieter side of the A building. You can usually park right by the steps into the breezeway and St Ed's is the first condo in the hallway. You're about 80 feet from the pool and dunewalk to the beach. You never have to leave the complex if you stop and buy groceries on the way.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare you meals and has been updated and has a dishwasher and plenty of cabinet and counter space.
Television with DVD is provided in the living room and small TV/VCR is in the bedroom. There is a collection of movies for your use. Internet access inside the condo is provided.
All bath and bed linens are provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided for your use. There is an initial supply of paper products, too.
There is a coin laundry room close by on the corner where you turn to go down the hall. It's about 20 feet from your door.
We also have 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment.
You are only feet away from "your" feet in the sand. We are located in a residential neighborhood with limited public access to our beach. You will enjoy a less crowded beach, especially if you have smaller children. You can relax and have easy view of your babies playing in the surf or building you a wonderful sand castle.
For those who enjoy historical sites, Ft. Pulaski, Ft. Screven and the Tybee Lighthouse are "must sees". Downtown Savannah, River Street and City Market are only a 20 minute 'easy' drive from Tybee. You must visit this gracious lady of the South with all She has to offer.
We have wonderful restaurants and various activities on the Island. Music and art festivals are scheduled during the summer months. It does not end there, October is the famous Pirate's Fest and March, St. Patrick's Day!

The condo was most comfortable for two. My husband and I had a great time, with all the comforts of home. The condo is located in a nice, quite residential area of the island, but very close to restaurants and bars. Savannah is a 20 minute drive away. On another trip we stayed in another unit of the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club, while it was nice too, this condo has one of the best locations because its situated very close to the pool, the beach, the laundry room and parking is a breeze, as well as loading and unloading the vehicle. I would highly recommend this unit, we will stay here again. Thanks Joyce!

This is the perfect condo for couples!! It was romantic-- literally 50 steps to the beach- The premises was immaculate-- the pool was immaculate and everyone was so nice--- gated community so it is very private. We enjoyed the dolphins EVERY day that we were there!! Amazing view!! Joyce was very accommodating due to tropical storm and was happy to adjust our date without any questions-- thank you!!! The story behind St. Lair was awesome!! It was so nice for my wife and I to get away, relax and re connect again!! I am so glad we found you! We will definitely be going back to St. Lairs.

Everything was wonderful. The ocean the small shops, the unit just everything. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing that upset us about tybee island was the price of fishing license. We could not do any fishing. My friend was so dissappointed. So whoever go to TYBEE ISLAND and if you love fishing be ready to pay the price for fishing license. I felt they should be cheaper for tourist.
The condo was very clean with more than adequate space for the two of us. As you had stated there would be some items available to us and that was great to start us off. The only item we did buy was a bathtub mat as the tub was slippery but that was our preference. Great location for walking the beach , people were friendly and there was such an array of historical places to see especially in Savannah. We did use the condo as a base from which we travelled to Florida as it was not far away to see friends. For us it was a fantastic experience being from the Great White North. God willing we will travel back to the area again next year however we will probably use our travel trailer this time. we have told serveral people about our trip and hopefully they will contact you.It was a pleasure talking to you and I thank you for all your help!

The stay was lovely and the condo was very cute and comfortable for the 2 of us. I loved the fact that the condo was just a couple of steps to the beach and that we didn't have to fight traffic to find a parking space nor to find a spot on the beach! That was AWESOME!! Thank you for all your help in making our trip relaxing!
