Welcome to "Sunshine Slowdown", a unique condo at Tybee with a unique name! This one is for people who are looking for "extra" clean, ultra-nice, and want to enjoy the feel of "brand new".
Kitchen is equipped, w/dishwasher, microwave, smoothe-top range, full-size fridge w/icemaker & filtered water, George Foreman grill, coffee maker & blender.
WiFi is available in the living room and on the balcony.
Hardwood floors throughout; ceiling fans in LR and BR. Clock radio in bedroom has iPod/iPhone docking station.
Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, soap and paper products are furnished.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults/2 children; or 3 adults

Wonderfull vacation !! Loved the Condo!!

We really loved your condo! We've stayed at several of the units at SBRC and I will have to say that this one was exceptional. I loved the updates you’ve made in the master bedroom. There is nothing that I can think of that needs to be addressed to improve the condo; it's perfect. Just what we needed for an extended weekend, we did not want to leave!! It's a beautiful condo with wonderful sunsets. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and sunning at the pool. We usually come to Tybee 2 or 3 times a year and I will definitely be contacting you for our next trip. I really want to thank you for sharing it with us and allowing our family to enjoy our vacation there.

The pictures that are provided do not give the condo justice. It is such a beautiful retreat with great views. This is by far the cleanest condo that I have ever stayed in and everything was so well kept. My parents ended up going with me so they slept on the king bed and my son and I slept on the pull out sofa, which was surprisingly comfortable. We went Sun-Tues so that might have had something to do with the ultimate private beach that we had. There was only a few people, which was great, way easier to keep an eye on a 4 yr old. The beach was also wonderful!!! So clean and beautiful. We were so surprised at how many dolphins we saw every morning when we went walking, the ships were also pretty cool to watch. I will keep this condo saved for future trips down there. These few days were so enjoyable.

I'm thrilled that you enjoyed your short getaway at our condo. The private beach, the dolphins, the ships, and the beautiful views were all reasons why we chose to buy in SBRC. I'm glad to hear the sofa bed was comfy. We purchased a 3" memory foam mattress topper to ensure our guests were comfortable even if they drew the short straw and had to sleep on the sofa bed. :) I hope you have a chance to visit again soon. We had a very relaxing week while staying here. The condo was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals rather than going out to eat all the time. Loved the views. The king size bed was so comfortable. We would love to return to Tybee Island and stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation!!

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! We had enough room for 2 adults and our boys who are 11 and 14. The view was beautiful from the balcony, we saw lots of dolphins and ships! The boys loved the movie collection in the condo! The only thing that I was a little dissapointed with, was the water. It appears we were more on the lake/ creek side. So there wasn't a lot of waves or the sound of the ocean. However, we walked about a 1/2 mile down the beach and got more of the real ocean sounds and waves. Thank you for sharing your condo with us and for all the help and quick response to questions!

We had a great time (in spite of Isaac causing some bad weather here also). The condo is very beautiful and in perfect condition. Great to have some basic supplies on arrival. Great fishing on the beach, get yourself a cas tnet , catch some baitfish and go for the seatrout.

What a fabulous time we had at Tybee! This was our first visit to the island and our kids have already begged to go back next summer! In fact, I'm already looking at dates to book it!! We can't say enough good things about this condo! Wonderfully clean, breath-taking view, all the features of home, cozy, comfy, we could go on and on! If you need a place to stay, this is it! And the island has so much to offer, with it's own history, plus nearby Savannah, we didn't even get to experience everything!! The beach was so private and clean, and the water was extremely calm. Just absolutely magnificant!! Whether you want a nice romantic vacation, or you want to bring the kiddos along, this condo and Tybee will fit you perfectly!!

This was our first visit to Tybee Island and boy did we pick a winner. The condo was immaculate. You can tell the owners really take care of the place. The location was superb, steps from the beach and a short distance from Savannah. You can literally see dolphins playing from the comfort of the balcony. The king size sleep number bed was extremely comfortable. There's also twin bunk beds and a sofa sleeper so this unit would accomodate a small family quite comfortably. We also liked the fact that all the extras (beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen necessities etc) were provided which was a very nice touch. We have definitely earmarked this as our home away from home when visiting Tybee Island or Savannah.

I rented this condo for a mother/daughter mini vacation with my 16 yr old daughter during her spring break. Condo is exactly as described, very clean and modern, beautifully decorated, has a great view, easy access to the beach, and just a short drive to Savannah. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony in the warm sun, watching the large cargo ships and the dolphin tour boats go by. This was our first time on Tybee and we loved it! Thank You to the owner and Susan for making booking very easy and providing a very nice Condo with all the needed extras. We would definately return.

Enjoyed our family vacation at this lovely spot on Tybee Island! Condo offered everything we needed for our family and it was easy to get to the beach, or the pool. We enjoyed this cozy nest and hope to return!
