PERFECT BEACHFRONT BALCONY - CHANNEL VISTA

We discovered Tybee by accident on a road trip and started returning as often as possible. After staying in many places we found the gated community of Savannah Beach and Racquet Club was the primo peaceful location.

This CORNER 1st floor beachfront is the very best! You get a sense of being right on the water from the kitchen, living room & balcony. Watching the dolphins play, freighters passing and shrimp boats (which frequently anchor nearby attracting even more dolphin) is mesmerizing. Check out the location on the building diagram, it's 121A.

The separate bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with a memory foam topper and a flat screen tv. Being on the corner means an extra window in the bedroom and kitchen making this condo brighter and airier than interior units.

The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa and a 50inch flat screen tv which is great for movies & sports; plus my favorite recliner sits right by a gorgeous vista window so you can relax & take in that PRICELESS VIEW.

This is a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pans and small appliances. Tybee has tons of nice restaurants but eating in can save lots on expenses!

1st floor makes access to your car and loading/unloading easy with only one short flight of stairs.

The swimming pools and beach access walkway are approximately 100ft away which is perfect because they are very close but don't intrude on your privacy.

No pets are allowed and no smoking inside but you can smoke on the balcony with the doors closed.

Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is located on the north end of Tybee Island. This is the quiet side with the most interesting water views and almost a private beach (only 1 small public acess). You can see Hilton Head across the water and on a clear day the South Carolina bridge from your balcony.

Historic Savnannah is only 15-20 minutes away and is full of history and fine dining.

Tybee itself has Ft Pulaski, a wonderful public beach & pier, many many fine restaurants and our famous lighthouse adjacent to Ft Screvens. The tour there is like a hidden jewel because it is extremely fun & interesting and quite inexpensive.
