3 Bedroom, 2+ Bath Condo, sleeps 8 and is less than 1 block from the beach!

212 Brass Rail. One of the few complexes on Tybee with a swimming pool and hot tub. Located at the south end, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, pier and beach. 212 is on the 2nd floor with a elevator. There is covered parking. Parking for 2 cars only. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, cable TV /DVD player. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 doubles. The living room has cable TV / DVD player, double futon and a deck off of it that over looks the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, even corian counter tops. It even has DSL.

Guests will enjoy added conveniences such as: elevator, in-unit washer and dryer, security gate entry, and covered garage parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV's may not fit in parking space - especially during peak/ high seasons.
