Description of the Tybee Island vacation condo rental

Tybee Place is a vacation rental on the quiet south end of Tybee Island. The condo is only 200 steps to the beach and two blocks from the back river. Our Tybee vacation rental is only a block and a half from shops and restaurants.
This three-bedroom condo offers 1,200 square feet of living space and two full bathrooms. Tybee Place has hardwood floors, cable TV, DVD, Beach Bikes and everything else you will need on your Tybee Island vacation. Our rental includes a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a gas grill out on the deck. There are rocking chairs on the deck to sit back and enjoy the sunshine.

Our Tybee vacation house is perfect for your next vacation. Tybee Island has beautiful beaches and a recently renovated lighthouse. Tybee Island offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy all that the coast has to offer. Deep sea fishing charters and dolphin watching excursions are readily available along with great restaurants and shopping all within steps of our condo. Historic downtown Savannah is just 15 minutes away. Premier golf courses can be found with 20 inutes of Tybee.

• Check Out: 11 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: 5 night inimum during summer season
   
• Lodging Tax: 13%
   
• Deposits: 1/2 rental due at time of booking. Balance due 3 weeks prior to stay.
   
• Other Fees: $125 cleaning fee. $200 security deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 5 days of check out upon satisfactory inspection.

Had Son In Law,Daughter and New Grandchild (Miss Marley) from Turku,Finland.Everyone loved the Place.We walked the clean beach every morning and sat on the decks every evening.The weather was perfect and I heartily recommend a little trip to heaven.
