This three-bedroom condo offers 1,200 square feet of living space and two full bathrooms. Tybee Place has hardwood floors, cable TV, DVD, Beach Bikes and everything else you will need on your Tybee Island vacation. Our rental includes a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a gas grill out on the deck. There are rocking chairs on the deck to sit back and enjoy the sunshine.

We made our first family trip to Tybee Island for my daughter's 21st birthday. The condo was just as it appeared to be in the pictures ... beautiful. It was so convenient to everything. An absolute charm.

the condo was great. Didn't like the porch that was shared by 6 more families. Also the pic of the condo was misleading it faced an alley we thought we were going to be facing the ocean !!

Six of us stayed in this unit for an extended weekend. The accomodations were exactly as advertised and were first rate. There is a balcony on the beach side of the property that overlooks the beach, a very nice pool area with its own tiki bar. Central location made it very easy to get around on the island and the residents were all very friendly. Also, only twenty or so minutes from the historic area of Savannah, so you can easily access urban amenities should you choose to do so. Will certainly stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return.

My family traveled to Tybee Island for a wedding in Savannah. I waited till the last minute to find a place but lucked out by getting a wonderful condo. The owner was great with the tips of where to visit and good places to eat. There was everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

This vacation was our first and probably last visit to Tybee Island because of the condo owner, Shannon McCoy, has not returned our deposit. She will not respond to our emails and phone calls. We have family members in Savannah who have encouraged us for years to visit Tybee Island. This experience has left us very disappointed.

This is such a peaceful, idyllic place to stay. It's hard to express just how lovely it is here. The condo is complete - even stackable, front loading W/D. I had my morning coffee with sunrises on the pier, which is like a 5 minute walk, maybe. The bikes work just fine. I rode all over the island, & it's just tailor made for biking. We walked almost everywhere, as there are many good restaurants in walking distance. We even hit an unexpected parade in the center of town & it was a nice bonus. I had never been to Tybee before, but I can't wait to go back. I especially loved going in the off season. It's still warm, but you have the whole place practically to yourself. It is so unspoiled & beautiful. This sparkling, clean & beautiful condo had to be the best deal on the island. You owe it to yourself to escape to this serene haven for as long as you can manage. I could only stay 3 nights(this time), but you better believe the wheels are already spinning for my return trip!

We needed a week to just relax and the condo provided the perfect atmosphere for that. Loved the proximity to the beach!

Had Son In Law,Daughter and New Grandchild (Miss Marley) from Turku,Finland.Everyone loved the Place.We walked the clean beach every morning and sat on the decks every evening.The weather was perfect and I heartily recommend a little trip to heaven.
