Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, home with
bath room Jacuzzi, full sized bar with pool table, foos ball table, ping pong table, darts card table and tons of games!! Wireless Internet capabilities.

We are an affordable fun home on Tybee. We are not Beach Front. Tybee is all of 3 miles long and that is stretching it. You can go to any part of the Tybee within 5-7 minutes. We have roller bladed all over the town and walk it when our son allows us.

After you have beached it or made a tour of Savannah, coming back to our home will make you appreciate the extras.

When we went on vacation, we came home after the outdoor time and had nothing to do. That is why we added so many extras, besides the Flat Screen TV's.
You can try playing Pool, or Foos Ball, or Ping Pong or Darts. How about cards or board games?

Large master bedroom with private deck, queen bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, large walk in closet, and a bunk bed (single over double).

Great guest room with queen bed and large Flat Screen TV/VCR/DVD.
Second guest bedroom also with queen bed, Flat screen TV/DVD, and full bathroom, that is shared with the guest bedroom.
Third guest bedroom also with queen bed, Flat screen TV/DVD, and full bathroom, that is shared with the guest bedroom. Does not have cable, yet has a flat screen and dvd player for movies.

Full size bar on the entire bottom floor with seating for 8-13, complete with pool table, foosball table, Darts, Ping pong table, card table, TV, and stereo. Perfect for entertaining.

Washer and dryer, linens and towels, central heat/air, cable TV.

Maximum occupancy of 11 people.

Plenty of parking spaces.

Don't forget your beach towels.
We provide 6 beach chairs and one child beach chair---Spiderman. My son loving gave it up for his new phase of Football.

Pet friendly, only small pets under 20 1bs. allowed. Pet deposit is $200, plus an extra $65 cleaning fee.
. $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will result in $ 200.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days or fewer days before arrival will result in loss of the entire
rental deposit, unless property is able to be re-rented.
