We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house! Mary was so accommodating and extremely helpful. The house is very clean and decorated perfectly. It was so relaxing we didn't want to come home. We are already planning our next trip back.

Best Tybee Beach Retreat

We have vacationed for many years on Tybee and this was, hands down, the best place we've stayed. Beautiful townhouse, just as described. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Screened porches were fabulous! Location was perfect--uncrowded section of beach, quiet street and neighborhood. Mary was a wonderful hostess-met us the day we arrived and gave the tour, along with some homemade cookies! Our family will definitely rent this townhouse next year on our trip back to our loved Tybee Island!

Very Nice Place with lots of space to relax

The house was great with 2 screened porches, a nice sitting area outdoors, sun room plus all the normal rooms..4 BR, Living room, kitchen, family room. The owner is VERY accomodating so was great to do business with. One house over to private gated beach and on a quiet road close enough to walk to some of the shops and restaurants. Only drawback was that only 2 bathrooms..one of which attached to master. With 6 people was not a major incovenience but would have been better to have additional 1/2 bath upstairs.

A Great time at Tybee Island, GA

We had a group of 10 women, for a women's retreat. The rental was great for our needs. The townhouse has 2 bathrooms, and we probably could have used 3, but we made do. It is a wonderful place, very bright, nice sunlight coming in. We liked the color scheme--very uplifting. The location is a very nice, quiet neighborhood, with pretty flowers growing in the yards, and within walking distance from the beach. The kitchen has nice dishes and utensils, all that one might need. The screened in porches are also very nice-they offer a great place for eating, reading or relaxing. Great property, great location

This was the perfect place for our two-family vacation. There was plenty of room, it was very convenient to everything on the island and the beach, and on an extremely quiet street. We'll be going back.

Great place to stay

This town home is a great place to stay on Tybee Island. Very close proximity to the beach and grocery store, very private street and didn't have to fight for parking! The home had been updated and an extra bedroom had been added to our surprise so one family member did not have to sleep on the sofa sleeper! Mary had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for us and two bottles of wine. Lots of beach toys, chairs and several boogie boards were available for our use. The only downfall is one of the double beds was hard to sleep in as a couple. Far to small and the bed "sunk" with the heaviest person and the other person rolled into the other all night. The screened porches were terrific little getaways and loved the privacy of the back yard. This home is not "ON" the beach and didn't have a view of the ocean but great nonetheless as it was one unit away from the beach.
