A lovely, spacious open plan apartment that we just loved staying at. It was great for the kids to have some a/c on when we cam in from a hot day in NYC. Very accessible to the centre city (10 mins by bus), wi-fi and cable TV and off course, Gaby was more than helpful.

Pasamos los últimos días de nuestro viaje junto a una hospitalaria familia en Union city: Robert, Gaby y Robertico (el hijo de la pareja que tanto jugó con nuestro hijo). Nos dieron toda la información posible y mucha confianza en todo momento. Gaby es una persona muy abierta y nos hizo sentir en todo momento como en nuestra casa. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la combinación con Manhattan es muy rápida y fácil para nosotros. La panorámica desde su casa es fabulosa. El apartamento tiene una distrubución muy cómoda para llas cinco personas que estuvimos alojadas. Lo recomendamos.

It takes a lots of impressions and good experiences for one to stay somewhere twice. For me, I chose to stay with Gaby for the second time with no hesitation. Gaby was an excellent host. Her place was clean and impressively beautiful. The apartment is located in a safe area, with lots of grocery stores nearby. And even though it is located in NJ, it took me less than 15-20 minutes to commute to Manhattan.

Great family, very very easy and cheap to get to nyc, nice quite neighborhood. Will stay here again for sure if I come back to nyc. Thanks for a great stay Gaby and family

Had a great couple of nights at Gaby's easy access to NY 15mins by bus. The apartment was lovely in nice safe area with all we needed for a quick trip. Gaby & family are lovely warm people I hope we can return and will definitely stay with her again.

This was the abosolute best. You could not get a more convienent and affordable address. We were literally 15 minutes away. Catch the bus 2-half blocks away to the port authority in NY and go from there. The bus ran hourly and more frequent on the weekends. The place was just right a private room that I lucked into because I didnt book as early as I should. I missed out on the room that I would have share a bathroom with other guests. Instead we ended up in a downstairs private studio with two Full size beds, a living room and kitchenette. Too good!!! It was worth the extra $50 for the weekend. Gaby, whom I spoke with in person briefly is absolutely charming. The room was cozy and accomodating, relax, get some food and you might not go anywhere. Walking distance to a quaint downtown with Dunkin Doughnuts and several quick take out choices. You could only do better in a neighborhood you lived in!!

I stayed with my daughter (20y.o.) who came from Brazil to visit me. Wonderful experience. Gaby is just "the hostess". I recommend and would stay there again. Her father was very friendly trying to help when we arrived - despite my little Spanish - who cares? Let's be universal. I met her mother too. What a cute lady!!! Very sweet. That was in Gabi's car - who cared about me - in a ride to a local Colombian restaurant. Say 20 minutes to Port Authority in the heart of Manhattan 42ish. Just get the bus schedule and you will be fine. enjoy it!
Gaby's is our favorite place to stay whenever we visit NYC, and this was another GREAT trip :-) Very convenient access to town, and Gaby and her family are wonderful. It is like all the comfort of staying with family, with the accommodation quality of a 4-star downtown hotel. Thank you Gaby, Robert, Esperanza, Roberto (and Rex) for the warm welcome, and we wish you a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are looking forward to our next trip to NYC and stay with you :-)
Gaby was a great host and very helpful. She took us to the train station the day after we arrvied. Her parents are so warm and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and perfectly located. Thanks so much Gaby!!!

The apt was wonderful! From the moment we rang the doorbell, we felt safe and welcomed! Although both being busy, Gaby and her parents were just the kindest people! Their home is immaculate and the apt downstairs was perfect for a four-day trip to nyc! The neighbourhood is safe and the bus to the city is simple and fast! Be prepared Gaby, next time we travel back- we're coming back to you!

It was a pleasure staying with Gaby and Rob. The place is spacious and *very* well furnished. Transportation to Manhattan is via the 123 bus which takes around 15-20m depending on the time/day. Gabby and Dan were very accommodating and helped me out on more than one occasion. Great hosts, highly recommended.

We were the first guests to stay at NEW YORK PRIME SPOT and from the time we opened the door we were absolutely blown away!! The studio was immaculately furnished, in pristine condition and totally exceeded our expectations. Our stay was for two weeks and it was the best vacation ever! As other reviewer's have stated the location is ideal,the neighborhood is safe and its just a short bus ride to 42nd street in Manhattan. Gaby and Robert are the best hosts ever and their family are so welcoming and accomodating. We would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties again.
