Description of the Union City vacation home rental

This property is situated on 200 acres of fields and woodland. There is a large pond located behind the house, which is often occupied by a number of geese, ducks and the occasional blue heron. For the wildlife enthusiasts there is ample opportunity to stroll through the woods along a well traveled path or venture off to explore in hope of seeing white-tailed deer, squirrels, chipmunks and turkeys. There is no public hunting allowed. In the Spring and Summer there is an array of flowers and flowering shrubs. We intend on planting a garden in the Spring to allow guests the opportunity to enjoy fresh picked, herbicide free produce.

The house has a large eat-in kitchen and is completely furnished. There is also a large family room with an attached sitting room. It is very cozy and a great place for family times. There is a sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom is located on the first floor and has a combined tub and shower.

The second floor of the house has a roomy hallway with a sitting area that overlooks the pond and pastures. There are two rooms with double beds and the smaller bedroom has a twin bed. The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished.

This would be a great place for family reunions, get- togethers, and a quiet get away for the family.

Area Description

Union City has a friendly small town atmosphere. There are several restaurants and a laundramat, in addition to two grocery stores.
Canadohta lake is located 5 minutes from the house and offers a public beach, fishing and a water slide.
This house is located about 20 miles from Erie, PA where you could go ice skating, go to hockey games in the winter and baseball games in the summer. In addition, there is the beautiful Presque Isle which provides beaches and a ride and water park.
The house is also about 30 minutes from Peek N Peek ski resort in Findley Lake.

We are a home away from home. We offer a quiet place to relax away from the stress of everyday life. There are plenty of fun filled opportunities only a short drive away. We offer small animals such as rabbits, llamas, sheep and cats to pet and enjoy. We would also provide the opportunity for some real farm experience, such as making hay in the summertime.
