Wake up to breathtaking views, spend the day on our private white sand beach, and watch the sunset from the secluded yard or one of the many screened porches. This 4,000 square foot newly constructed home is situated on 200' of private Lake Michigan shoreline. The Villa comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 3-4 children. There are 3 living levels, connected by an elevator & open staircase, each with sweeping views of the lakeshore. The main floor consists of a fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen, a hlaf bathroom, living room with fireplace & full wall of French doors opening onto spacious deck, dining room with French doors opening onto patio and screened porch furnished for outdoor dining. The Villa's second level features two bedrooms with floor to ceiling lake views, a furnished screened porch, spacious bathroom with bathtub & shower, and fully equipped laundry room. One bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed which faces the romantic, rustic stone, wood-burning fireplace. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. The third floor features a master suite with a king sized bed facing a wall of windows overlooking the lake, a private screened in porch, and his & hers spa-like bathrooms – hers includes a custom mosaic fireplace and claw foot bathtub with an unparalleled view of the lake! This level also includes a smaller fourth bedroom with a queen and twin bed which is perfect for children and/or last minute guests. Outside beyond the deck visitors can relax in the private & beautifully landscpated yard overlooking the beach complete with hammock, patior furniture, and gas grill. Daily maid service is provided.

Harbor Country is an eight community enclave along Michigan's Southwest shorline. Union Pier is aproximately an hour and a half from Chicago and three hours from Detroit. Just north of Union Pier is the harbor town of New Buffalo. Harbor Country is romantic and picturesque with its lazily winding roads, majestic sand dunes, pristine forests, acres of vineyards, and miles of beautiful beaches. The quaint, family-friendly towns are populated by a mix of locals and visitors year round. There is something for everyone to do.
