Description of the Vail vacation condo rental

This Newly remodeled Condo is on the top floor of Timber Falls with airy vaulted ceilings, mountain/meadow views and hardwood floors throughout. This is a spectacular unit for long term rental (minimum of 6 months required in Winter Season and 4 months in Summer Season (beginning June 1)). Alder wood trim throughout, fireplace, slab granite counters, stainless appliances, vessel sinks and jacuzzi bathtub/walk in shower. The upstairs loft can be used for a fourth bedroom. Two bedrooms completely furnished with queen beds. The third bedroom is equipped as an office, but could be converted to a bedroom if necessary. Also, the upstairs loft could be a sleeping area as well.
This condo faces the mountain/meadow and has french doors that open to decks on both the master bedroom and the living room. Washer and Dryer in Unit.
Tenant is responsible for utilities (estimated at $300 per month, cable and phone). Winter Season Monthly rental is $3200 per month for 6 months or longer. $4200 per month for less than 6 months. Summer Season Rental is $2600 per month and is available June 1, 2009 thru November 1, 2009. Rate increases to $3200 for Winter (past November 1, 2009)
In Rent to own situations, 10% of your monthly payment will go toward the purchase price... 12 month rentals are $2900 per month. We require a 1 month security deposit and $300 utility deposit. We take Visa, Mastercard and Discover as well as personal checks and cashier's checks.
