This spacious 3500 square foot, professionally decorated home is well suited to accomodate 2 families. There are great views "down valley" toward the scenic Gore Range, and huge windows throughout the home.

Vacation Rental Policies

- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Lodging Tax: 9.8%
- Deposits: 50% of total rental cost is due within 10 days of booking.
For "Non-HOLIDAY SEASON” reservations, the remaining 50% balance of total rental cost is due within 30 days of arrival for summer bookings (May thru October), and 60 days of arrival for winter bookings (Nov. thru April).
For “HOLIDAY SEASON” reservations (arriving between Dec. 16, 2007 and January 5, 2008), the remaining 50% balance is due by Sept. 1, 2007.
Total rental costs are due upon booking on all reservations made with
- Other Fees: All stays under 5 nights will be charged a one-time short-stay/housekeeping fee of $250. Stays of 5 nights or more will have this $250 short-stay/housekeeping fee waived, unless a specific homeowner has requested a change in our standard policy.
A non-refundable "Damage Waiver Fee" of $95 is added to all reservations in lieu of a unit security deposit.
Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding configuration. However, some homes can accommodate additional people for an addition
