An ocean of blue sky and dry 75 degrees. An alpine village and a mountain that fills you with life. Hike or bike, raft or kayak, golf or shop, kids camp or the spa? Then ballet, the symphony, great chefs, celebration events and finally, the sleep of the contented.
Vail boasts three distinct areas of the mountain, each with their own features and fortes, including three terrain parks, seven bowls and 5,289 acres of freeride terrain. At seven miles wide, finding fresh tracks is as easy as finding elbow room. In fact, on an average day, there are only two skiers per acre, and on a busy day, only four! Take an interactive tour of the mountain to really get a feel for the largest ski resort in the U.S.

We rented this condo for the weekend with our family and had a great time. The unit is surprisingly big on the inside, accomodating three bedrooms. It very confortable both as a base to explore vail and the surroundings, but also as a place to just hang out; from the living area you get a good view of the mountains as well there is a deck that catches the sun and is a nice place to sit and read. Nice hot tub on the back deck.

This was the second year in a row staying at this townhouse. We loved it last year and were happy to be able to rent it again. It is very up to date with lovely bathrooms and kitchen. The bus stop is minutes away so it's easy to get into the village without paying parking fees. The view is beautiful.
Great, wonderful place to stay!

We came to Vail from Dallas, Texas where the temperature has been 104+. We arrived in beautiful Vail at our lovely awaiting condo on August 18, 2011. The condo was in immaculate condition and very convenient to Vail village, Lionshead and 2 grocery stores. The condo overlooked Vail, which we enjoyed immensley, while sitting on the deck in the evenings. It was beautifully renovated with Jenn air appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. It also had a hot tub on the back porch. We watched a deer, while he watched us, when we were in the hottub. It had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We were very comfortable, and felt like we were someones guest while we were staying there. The price was reasonable. Thanks to the owner for making our stay very memorable!
