Description of the Valencia vacation home rental

Our house is a newly reformed historic fisherman house dated from 1913. Set in the heart of Valencia in between the historic city center, Americas cup, the formula one track and the lush beaches of Malvarosa.

A very private 3 story house reformed to luxury of the northern europeans standards. All the comforts of home to make you have a trip of a lifetime

The high season rates are posted. Rates change with the seasons and with popular events.

Area Information

The house is surrounded by some of the best resturants and clubs in Valencia. A short walk out the door popular resturants like Casa Montana and Casa Guillermo are are two historic resturant renouned for local tapas and fine wines. A walk to the beach you will find resturants like Papicas fine dining serving seafood.

Malvarosa was a popular hang for many artist including the spanish painter Sorolla,writers like Hemingway and his buddy Orson Wells. You can visit Sorollas home in the day and museums like the Rice Museum, Samana santa Cabanal Museum and a local art Museum.

The beach are very beautiful and comfortable for sun-bathers,dips in the Mediteranian sea or just relaxing in the evenings.

Our house is only 5 minutes walk to the bus and metro. The metro will take you directly from the airport to one block form our house in about 30 minutes. Taxis are availible for 20 or 30 euros.
