$700 1 Week Vacation-5 Star Resort - Cancun, Mexic (#44309)

Valle de Bravo, Mexico, Mexico

Description of the Valle de Bravo vacation condo rental

THIS VACATION PACKAGE is an amazing deal!

Our family has done it before but due to limited time off work, we won't be able to go this upcoming year.

The trip is valid until November, 2009 and can be booked anytime before then (2 weeks notice before date). It offers 7 days and 6 nights of accommodations between 4 different hotels (the Laguna Suites Golf Spa, The Ocean Hotel, The Sunset Royal Resort, or the Sunset Lagoon Resort) in beautiful Cancun, Mexico (all 5-star resorts).

The trip is for 2 adults (and 2 children under 18 years, if applicable). The trip itself is with the company Sunset Group and is affiliated with RCI. There are no black out days! The Cancun trip is not all inclusive but can be made so if preferred. It does not include flight.

You do have to attend a 90 minute presentation which you book when you arrive at the resort. Please remember airfare is not included in this package.

Owner Supplied Testimonials
"We went April 20th-24th. We arrived around 5:30 at night. We were greeted with a fruit punch drink when we checked in. After checking in they went over the hotel information and told us they had us down for the presentation at 1:30 the next day. We were not required to do the presentation when we received the package. I told him that we were not interested. We were offered one more free gift, said no thank you, and that was it.

We did the all inclusive package and it was well worth it. With our package it was $50 per person per night. I am told it is usually $75 per person per night. I am not sure how we were so lucky, but even at $75 I would of paid that. Not sure what the issue is with a lot of people talking about creamers and the coffee. Every morning when we woke up we would go down and have coffee at the restaurant. I was on vacation and was not going to make my own. I take mine black, but they had creamer and sugar for those who like it different. If I did it again I would still do all inclusive again. It was well worth it and I never had to worry about anything. Seems to me that the people that are unhappy about things are the one that decided not to do all inclusive.

We visited all three of the resorts and enjoyed each of them. We ended up eating breakfast the last two days at the other resort, because they had a buffet and we were able to be picky about what we wanted. The room was always clean and the staff is very friendly. I was worried after reading all of the horrible reviews, but we had a great time. The shuttle is on time and very efficient. We had to use a cab a few times, because it does not run after 10pm.

The resort and pool is small, but it is very relaxing. If you are looking for more excitement just catch the shuttle and visit the Royal Palace. This is by far the nicest resort of the other properties. The Lagoona hotel has a great restaurant that you need to make reservations for. We made them the same day.

Overall we had a great time and for the price this was a great resort. I defiantly got what I paid for and a lot more than I expected."

-"This hotel is a wonderful experience. My wife and 3 children, 9,7,4 came down from 4/7-4/14. Since the hotel has only about 40 rooms or so, the entire staff gets to know each of you very well. After a day or so the waiters will bring you your favorite drinks and know what you might even want for dinner. The restaurant will make anything you want to order up until 1030pm. Breakfast and lunch are very good too. Arsenio was a fantastic waiter, pleasant and was always there for your needs.
The rooms were spacious enough for a family of 5. The only negative is the "pullout" couch. It really is just a daybed good enough for a small child. But my 4 year old slept just fine.
There are NO activities other than a swimming pool. The pool is spacious clean and has a swim up bar. But if you want to have a little fun, you have to go to another hotel.
The shuttle bus comes every hour to take you to the Royal Sunset or Sunset Lagoon, where you can enjoy daily activities such as bingo, arts and crafts for kids, great open bar, grill and buffets. Lagoon has kayaks, beach volley ball etc. Royal Sunset has a fantastic beach, (careful of rough water). It is great for boogie boarding. Overall all hotels are alot of fun. Hello to Karla who ran kids games. She spent all day with my 9 and 7 yr olds. They became close friends! At night both hotels put on some good shows, dancing and audience participation.
As far as any presentation, they will keep you occupied for a few hours showing both hotels...Enjoy your trip..ps Cancun is VERY safe...."
