Valley Village, Studio City area, tastefully remodeled romantic retreat, just minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood Blvd. The property is situated on a quiet residential street in an upscale safe area, yet centrally located to shopping, restaurants, night life, tourist attractions and all the diversity that LA has to offer.

The main bedroom with a king bed, opens through French doors to magical private garden with patio furniture, relaxing hammock and bubbling fountain. The attached marble bathroom has a claw foot tub and stall shower. The second bedroom has a daybed with trundle that can accommodate 2 singles or be joined to make another king bed. There is a second full bath room accessed off the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need if you want to cook at home although there are many wonderful restaurants a short distance away.
The comfortable living room with gas fireplace opens through French doors to an enclosed trellised patio and the front yard area. A double sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests.
The guest house can be rented with just the main bedroom, (king bed)at a reduced rate or with an optional second bedroom if needed. Can also be rented with adjoining 2 bedroom 2 bath house, for larger family groups.

Located next to Studio City and CBS studios, just minutes from Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater concert venue and City Walk, NOHO Arts District, Metro Rail to Hollywood, (Graumanns Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater and Hollywood Blvd), downtown and beyond.

2 blocks from the 101/134 Ventura and 170 Hollywood freeways; 1 block walk to local market and Starbucks; 10 minutes by car over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, trendy Melrose Ave shopping, and upscale Beverly Hills.

Lots of great restaurants nearby and don't forget the Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats and enjoy an open air concert.

Close to Burbank, Toluca Lake, Griffith Park, (hiking and riding trails), LA Zoo.

Santa Monica and Venice beaches are about 25- 30 minutes away. Disneyland about a 40 minute drive.
