Description of the Valrico vacation home rental
Two bedroom/Two bathroom mobile home in a gated, adult community (18 yrs and up) available 5/1/13. Completely furnished, turnkey ready. The home includes a living room and dining room with cathedral ceilings, screened in porch, storage shed, carport. The kitchen if fully equipped, including cookware, serve wear and pantry. All appliances are new, including dishwasher. The screened in porch is furnished, and equipped with a grill. Washer and dryer located inside the home. Master suite has a large walk in closet and private bath.
The community boasts many amenities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. The fitness center was completely renovated in 2008, with outdoor tennis and shuffleboard. The main clubhouse offers a ceramic shop, woodworking shop, bingo, billiards, cards, dancing of all kinds, exercise classes. The park is located off of State Road 60 which has many shopping and dining facilities nearby. The rent is $1000. per month, plus utilities. There is a park required background check cost that is the responsibility of the renter.
Multiple monthly rentals preferred.

A wonderfull place to rent

We as Canadians did our first snow bird adventure from Jan to 1st to March 31 2013 We had the chance to rent a Mobil home from Linda Nystrom in Strawberry Ridge mobile Park Valrico Florida The Moblie was very Clean -well mantained-very large all we could have asked for. Location was very good easy to get around Park very well kept up neat with lots to do in the park friendly people A joy to stay there The Mobile had everything suppled in it we only had to bring a toothbrush The owner Linda was very easy to work with when renting We enjoyed our stay so much and were so pleased with it all we rented again for same time 2014
