The suite is located on Richards Street, Yaletown/ Downtown Vancouver, in the heart of the entertainment district, live theatres and professional sport venues like G.M. Place and B.C Place. Easy walk to False Creek and close to the beach. It is only 30 minutes from the airport.

Suite is located in Vancouver's entertainment and bustling business district and in a great location building is located in the trendy Yaletown district and within easy walking distance to the center of the downtown core. Window shop down Vancouver's famous Robson Street and Pacific Center mall are a very short 5 minute walk. GM Place, B.C Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public Library are an easy 10-15 minute walk away.


The suite is fully furnished with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Sleeps 4 people.


The building has an exercise room, meeting facilities and lounge with billiards table.

Upon arrival the condo did not appear to have been cleaned since the last guests were there. We spent two hours cleaning everything (linens, towels, counters, tables) and the rest of the first evening airing the place out (with the help of candles and air freshener). After that we were able to enjoy the condo, although the bed hard and did not make for a restful night's sleep. Made arrangements for noon checkout, but at 10:30 the owner arrived to rush us out for next guest. Although nice location, would not consider renting again.
