Description of the Vancouver vacation b&b rental
Two bedrooms on upper floor of a nice family home for rent in January, February and March 2010 located near Burnaby Mountain Golf Course.
The total upper floor space is a large 1000 square feet consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and formal dining room.
Both bedrooms have queen size bedroom suites each, very bright, clean and spacious.
Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including dish washer, full size stove, fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, and all dishes and cooking utensils.
We offer continental breakfast to our guests included in the room price.
Shared use of kitchen, living room and dining room.
FREE High Speed Wireless internet, free use of phone for local calls. Some free long distance calls possible depending where you are calling to.
Living room has all nice comfortable furniture, 32" flat screen color TV, DVD player-recorder and High Definition Cable TV with premium channels.
Back deck of kitchen with a large barbecue (weather permitting.)
Free use of washer and drier in downstairs laundry room.
We are steps from transportation. Sky train a is a few blocks away.
Burnaby is a municipality of City of Vancouver and is about 10 km from Down Town Vancouver, minutes to Cypress and Seymour mountain venues and Grouse Mountain if you want to go skiing.
North Burnaby is primarily a residential area with no heavy industry, nice, clean well lit streets and friendly neighborhoods.
We can drop you off at fixed time in the morning at the Sky Train. From there you have every available public transport to ALL venues of the Olympic Games.
This is a well kept, spotless family home, and we speak Serbo-Croatian, Polish, little bit of Russian and of course English languages fluently.
Slightly larger room is $175.00 CAD or $160.00 US or 110.00 EUR per night.
Minimum stay 4 nights prior to start of the Olympics, one week during the Olympics and minimum 4 days after the Olympics. If you need only a day or two extra combined with your stay during Olympics it could be arranged.
Slightly smaller bedroom is $150.00 CAD or $140.00 US or $95.00 Euro currency is for orientation purpose only, we will only except US or Canadian dollar for payments.
Same rules of stay apply as larger bedroom.
We do except PayPal and Credit Cards or bank wire transfer as form of payment.
50% due with booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We will entertain refunds only up to 60 days prior to arrival, past 60 days THERE IS NO REFUND of any kind!
We could pick you up on your arrival and drop you of for departure at the Vancouver International Airport for a small fee.
Many restaurants and many ethnic food in the area close by, shops, beauty parlors. Pubs and entertainment are also close by.
