The villa comprises 3 apartments sleeping 4 people each and 1 apartment sleeping 6 people. Seasonal rates per night for apartments from Euros 32 to Euros 48 depending on size, regardless of number of people. Each is fully furnished and equipped, and three contain 2 twin bedrooms. The 4th and largest apartment has one twin bedroom and a family room with two double beds. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with large living room with cable TV, modern fully equipped kitchen, modern fully tiled shower room with toilet, entrance hall and private verandah with security gate and garden furniture.

Also available are 3 twin bedded courtyard rooms without cooking facilties but with cable TV and shower room/toilet, priced from Euros 8 to Euros 20, with a reduction for single occupancy.

All recently renovated to current European standards. Barbecue facilities and car parking available. Linen and towels provided weekly or as required. Additional laundry service at small extra cost for personal items. Helpful English, Russian and Bulgarian speaking staff to assist with taxi bookings, sightseeing information etc.

Area Description

Quiet residential area on the Black Sea 7 km from Varna airport, 15 minutes by taxi or bus from the city centre and from Golden Sands resort. Close to bus route and to safe sandy beach with fishing harbour and popular cafe. A useful shop selling groceries, toiletries and fresh produce etc. is only 5 minutes walk away. Area suitable for walking, hiking, cycling, swimming, water skiing, go-karting etc.
