The villa is situated 500 m from the seashore, in the holiday place of "Alen Mak", 13 km to the north of Varna and 5 km south of Golden sands, with a panoramic view towards the sea.
The whole villa is offered for tourists on a self catering basis, and has 2 bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, park and parking. The beach -"Kabakum", the cleanest on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, is at 500 m from the villa.
The bus station and the shops are at 50 m from the villa. Restaurants and cofee shops at a distance of 200 m.
There is also a lift going to the beach. The lift is 200 m away.
Varna airport is 20 km away, Bourgas airport at 150 km.
