- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
- Check In: 2 p.m.
- Check Out: 12 p.m.
- Required Stay: MINIMUN 2 NGHT
- Deposits: Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required fourty-five (30) days before arrival.The advance payment will be applied towards the rent. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. There is an additional $250 security/reservation fee due within 7 days of booking the reservation. This fee is fully refundable within ten (10) days of departure, provided no damage is done to the unit.
- Other Fees: Holidays- $100.00 extra ie. Good Friday, Easter,, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years'

The apartment was better than what we expected. It had a fantastic master bedroom with bathroom (loved the furniture). Security was always in view. My son loved both the playground and pool which were just feet away. If it wasn't that we had family to visit we would have never left the complex. Owner Supplied Testimonials
