This Tri-Level Beachfront Penthouse is within a half-mile stretch of private sandy Caribbean beach, One step in front of the complex. If unfettered open beach swimming is your preference, take a leisurely walk along the beach (or 5-min drive) to the east, where you'll find one of the most spectacularly beautiful public beaches in all Puerto Rico: Punta Puerto Nuevo Beach, where you'll get a flavor of the local folklore and flair of the regular weekend crowds.

If you prefer venturing out and about, our condo is ideally located on the central part of the north coast, where seven of Puerto Rico's top 10 attractions are within a 45-min drive in various directions. Our Condo will leave you and your guess just minutes away from The Very Vibrant and Happening Popular Condado Area, The Historic Cobble Stone Streets of Old San Juan with it ''s Majestic Forts , You can also go witness Natures Great Art in its Magical Caves ''known as ''Las Cuevas de Camuy.

Our brand-new Tri-Level Beachfront Penthouse also sits in an enviable location within the complex - about halfway between the beach (4-min walk) and the Club House pool area (2-min walk), with a spectacular, unrestricted, open view of the ocean to the north, and Punta Puerto Nuevo cove in its entire splendor to the east. If you prefer surfing, a six-minute drive to the west will take you to the world-renowned Los Tubos Beach, with ride able waves most of the year (best season: September-March). This place is great!!! It has everything that you need to feel like home, but also offers the amenities of a hotel. And the ocean comes as a bonus.
