Very nice and all recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath Venice Beach bungalow apartment that is 1 block to the beach and a block to all the great shops and restaurants along Abbot Kinney Blvd.

Located on a quiet walk street the unit has a new kitchen, all new decor/furnishings, and a new tiled bathroom.
We have High Speed Internet, quality linens and towels, local phone service, 2 plasma TV's with Satilite, and beach chairs.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the very very small 2nd bedroom, and a sofa in the living room makes into a single bed. We also have a twin roll away bed if needed.
Private laundry in unit.

Minutes to the famous Venice Boardwalk were you will find local artists, musicans, and zannie side shows all day long. Venice Beach is the main beach of the Los Angeles area.
