Very nice and all recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath Venice Beach bungalow apartment that is 1 block to the beach and a block to all the great shops and restaurants along Abbot Kinney Blvd.

Located on a quiet walk street the unit has a new kitchen, romantic fireplace, vaulted ceilings, new wood floors throughout, all new decor/furnishings, and a new tiled bathroom.
There is High Speed Internet, quality linens and towels, local phone service, 2 plasma TV's with HBO, and beach chairs.
There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the very very small 2nd bedroom, and a sofa in the living room makes into a single bed. We also have a twin roll away and crib if needed.
Private laundry in unit.
