Description of the Venice Beach vacation condo rental

This is an ultra-clean, nicely-furnished apartment adjacent to Venice Beach. Very bright with new hardwood floors in common areas and brand new carpet in both bedrooms. The property is just 5 houses from the ocean and a half block from Washington Blvd where you will find lots of great restaurants, Starbucks, Coldstone Ice Cream, bike and skate rentals and all sorts of fun shops.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
Queen in Master
Two Single Beds in Guest Bedroom ( can be kept separate or together to make a queen)
Raised Double Aero Bed can be place anywhere for additional sleeping space

Come enjoy Caliornia's year round fantastic weather! The apartment is a perfect retreat for both families and singles alike. From Venice beach you are just a short drive to so many places you won't be able to squeeze them all in. Families love the beach and Santa Monica Pier is within minutes from the unit.

You can drive to universal Studios, Disneyland, Knotts berry farm and California Adventure. You can visit the Getty Museum, see lots of live theater, go shopping in Bevery Hills and of course, Hollywood in just a short car ride away. Lots of trendy dance clubs and incredible restaurants nearby too. And the 3rd street promenade mall just 10 minutes up the road where you will find great store open till late at night as well as lots of restaurants and entertainment right outside the mall.

Flatscreen TV in living room and both bedrooms with extended cable channels. The unit also has WIFI and a DVR so you can record your favorite shows.

This non smoking, non pet unit has a fireplace and is newly decorated. It has a private patio off the living room and a shared quiet lush yard in the front of the building. Two car covered parking and a laundry room with free use of washer and dryer. Outside you will find hot & cold shower for after surfing, swimming & beach wash off. .

15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport and very easy access by car to Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Westwood, Venice, Marina del Rey, Manhattan Beach, Burbank, downtown, Universal Studios, the Getty Museum, UCLA, theatres, music & live entertainment, dining galore, and many tourist attractions.
