Description of the Venice Beach vacation cottage rental

Romantic 1920's Venice Beach cottage located steps to one of the best Southern California beaches. Also the cottage is on one of the famous Venice Walk Streets where no cars are allowed. This makes for a very safe and quiet area.

The cottage is also a block to nice restaurants and shops, a great surf spot, and the historic canals.

The cottage has been completely renovated last year with an all new kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, and wood floors. The kitchen has high-end gourmet quality appliances, the living room has a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, there is also a queen sofa bed in the living and an additional twin sofa bed in the lower bedroom. The lower bedroom has a private entrance bathroom and kitchenette.

There is a nice private courtyard area with a BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower for those sandy feet.

Parking for 1 car.

You can even hear the ocean at night!!
