Description of the Venice Beach vacation cottage rental

Beautiful 1920's fully renovated 4 bedroom bungalow in Venice Beach. 1 block to beach and 1 block to all the great shops and restaurants along Abbot Kinney Blvd.

The bungalow can be set up as 2 separate units or one larger home to sleep up to 10 persons..There are 2 bedrooms 2 baths, a living room and full kitchen on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms 1 bath, a 2nd living room, and 2nd kitchen on the second floor.

Both units have beautiful kitchens with high end appliances and brand new tiled bathrooms. Each floor has its own private laundry, Internet. All new comfortable decor and furniture. Fireplace in the living rooms of both floors.

There are 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 twin bed, a single sofa bed, and a twin roll away bed.
Total of 7 beds. An extra air mattress and crib are available upon request.

4 flat panel plasma tv's with satellite Direct TV.

Parking for 3 small cars..

This is a great property. Beautiful remodel, all very tasteful. Great entertaining space, stones throw from boardwalk and beach, and lots of variety of food eateries for take out or eat in.
