Description of the Venice Beach vacation cottage rental
This is a fantastic unit. I cant wait for some of the feedback of this special place. This 2 bedroom 1 bath traditional Venice bungalow is one of the earliest built in this aria and on one of the largest lots in Venice. Roomer has it was built for Charlie Chaplin in the 20s. It is located on the Venice peninsula witch by definition means it is surrounded by water on three sides off the back yard the Venice canals. to the side Marina Del Rey and 100 yards of the front porch the pacific ocean. The large lot is covered by a canopy of trees keeping the gated compound cool under the California Sun. there is a table for 4 right outside your front door on a raised porch above the garden. a great spot for an evening dinner or your morning cup of coffee. A very short walk down the peninsula is Washington square. a strip of exiting places to eat drink buy groceries shop, listen to live music kareeyoki. the strip ends at the Washington Pier a great place to watch the sunsets, surfing boating and fisherman. the strip opens at 5 in the morning for coffee, last call at 2am.
We call this unit the Captains Quarters. It features a comfortable living room with a 52 inch flat screen with all the premium channels and NFL Sunday ticket. The dining room can seat 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped, even comes with some complimentary goodies to drink and snack on upon your arrival. The master bedroom is a very comfortable space with a king sized fome therapeutic mattress. the second bedroom has three twin beds and three closets. We have recently updated this unit or better said out dated this unit trying to capture the assents of what an old sea Captain might want to call home.
