Located just 3 short blocks to the beach, this beautifully appointed studio apartment is available for rent by the week, August 16-22 or 23-29.
The studio is attached to a larger Spanish style home, with it's own separate entrance, private/gated terrace and lush tropical garden. Fully furnished, the Studio includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, high end convertible sofa bed (opens to queen size bed with memory foam ”very comfortable), HDTV, Wireless internet access (free), Security system.
Two blocks in both directions to shops & great restaurants in Venice Beach and Santa Monica. $1100 per week.
No smoking.
$500 deposit required to book. Pay in full by 2 weeks in advance.
