Large master bedroom with walk-in closet/dressing room, and private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony with ocean views. Fantastic private roof top deck with ocean views, BBQ grill, and patio furniture. Walk and bike to everything.

Plan A

This unit is on the first floor of the building. It has an open kitchen, dining and living room area. Wood floors throughout, beautiful period tile work in both bathrooms, and central air and heating can be available. There are 3 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a lovely large master bedroom that has a wet bar and private bathroom. There is also a small balcony for a front row seat to the best people watching in the world.

Plan B

This unit has the same foot print for the kitchen and dining area as the 3 bedroom does. Its kitchen is the same size and style as the the 3 bedroom unit, but the living room area is larger. The master bedroom has a large private bathroom with a walk in closet and dressing room. Wood floors throughout and the same period tile work in the bathrooms. This unit has a 2nd small kitchen and has ocean views from a private balcony. There is also a fantastic roof deck that has patio furniture, a BBQ grill, and more great ocean views. There are 3 queen beds 2 queen sofa beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 twin sofa bed.
