The kitchen features wood and glass cabinets, a skylight, service entrance, and all appliances from microwave to coffee maker, glassware to flatware, and laundry facilities.
The bathroom has a pedestal sink, ceramic tile floors, a garden window, and fresh fluffy towels.
The two bedrooms include all bedding for a queen in one room and a double in the other. A roll-away single cot is available.
Other features include hardwood floors, wood-burning fireplace, ceiling fan, and a private front yard with patio seating, an umbrella, and BBQ.

The Venice / Santa Monica area is situated in the westerly portion of Los Angeles. It is an urban beach community visited and enjoyed by locals and tourists from Los Angeles and all over the world. Live. Other attractions nearby are the Getty Center, UCLA, USC, and of course Hollywood and the Sunset Strip.
