Fully furnished two story 3 bdroom house in venice a block from abbot kinney and a couple blocks from the beach. a block from the canals, centrally summer located in the heart of the best part of Venice!
Available nightly, weekly, monthly or possibly longer term.

Downstairs there are 2 private rooms one is set up as a lounge/tv room, the other is a bedroom with a Full sized bed. there's also a private bathroom w bath & shower, nice kitchen w newer appliances, washer/dryer and a living room.

Upstairs is the master lounge and master bedroom with California King sized bed w private bathroom. lounge has 32" Sony Flat Screen TV, wet bar, balcony, luxurious period gold crescent couch and unique interior design.

It's a nice sized beach house, probably about 1800 sq ft. rooms downstairs are cozy, upstairs they're spacious. all rooms are fully furnished w very unique mid century modern vintage furniture. House is fully equipped with linen, towels, pots, pans, dishes, appliances, etc. It's a turnkey operation.

Price includes weekly maid service, jacuzzi, high speed internet, cable, rooms have Sony TV's w DVD.

Price is for up to 4 people. Sleeps up to 8. $100 per week per additional person.
